Has long been known and widespread in the south, thyme is inseparable from the traditions and cuisine of southern Europe. Thyme is essential to flavor short broths, sauces, marinades and flavor grilled meats and salads.

Sowing advice:
1. Sowing: Sow from February to July in pots or planters to sun position and tamp the soil.
2. Transplanting: In the fall, replant the more vigorous plants still in pots.
3. Harvest: Collect all year the stem tips. You can grow thyme directly in your garden by planting a plant every 30 cm.
